Last Monday bought 4 new tires. I left Tuesday night to goto Virginia and in the Ohio turnpike I hear something coming off my car. Then the same sound again in Virginia. I goto the Discount Tire I. Newport News, Va, they show me my back tire is missing the middle tread. They tell me it’s a tire defect and replace my tire and give me 4 replacement certificates on my tires because they are brand new in case it happens to the other tires. Leslie tire sold me old tires that had been sitting around. 2 of them were manufactured in 2022 and the other 2 in 2023. This place sells out dated products to consumers and doesn’t care. I will be making a formal complaint to the state and repo them to the better business bureau. DO NOT use them!!!!!!

THIS COMPANY IS FILLED WITH LIES THEY ALLOW THEIR EMPLOYEES SMOKE WEED ON THE PREMISES AND THEY FILL YOU FULL OF LIES AND SCREW YOU OVER!! THEY DISCRIMINATED ME BASED ON HOW I LOOKED. DONT WORK HERE DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!! DONT!! IF YOU THINK FOR A SECOND YOU WOULDNT PUT YOUR 2 CENTS TO THIS COMPANY!! BECAUSE THEY DONT LIKE YOU BASED ON HOW YOU LOOK!! THIS COMPANY DOESNT REALIZE I KNOW MORE THAN THEY THOUGHT!!! I HAD A 1 ON 1 CONVERSATION IN THE OFFICE WITH KRIS ON HOW I WAS DISCRIMINATED!! NOT PERFORMANCE ISSUE BTW HE SAID I WAS LEARNING FASTER THAN MIKE HIS "EQUAL" I WAS THERE FOR A WEEK FOR A POSITION THATS OPEN FOR PEOPLE WITH ZERO EXPERIENCE!!! EDIT* I don’t like it when you bring up my personal life to customers if you guys continue to bring me up to customers even tho I don’t work there anymore I’ll be moving forward with reporting the business and if you do explain to customers why you fired me you need to tell them the truth on how you discriminated me and how you allow employees to smoke weed at the business i swear one more thing I’ll have you shut down.

Horrible place! Dishonest establishment!
Sold me 4 new tires but old stock with date of 2020 and 2022 and lied as if they were 2023. Which affects service of tires from other shops by law.
Horrible business practices. Even gave my car back with low pressure light on?!? Sensor is working fine too. You took advantage of a female with a high mileage vehicle and you were either the owner or manager they way you talked, some deal ugh more like crooks you are a horrible establishment!
As a female you taught you pulled a fast one.

You can not trust this place at all. Always short on staff, high turnover of unhappy employees (had a friend work there in past) and their word means nothing. Will never go there again. Go somewhere else!

Sold me a set of tires when I didn’t need a new set of tires. The vibrational issue was from a poor alignment and old suspension components.They did not perform an alignment after sending me to Mt.Clemens location specifically for an alignment after a new set of tires. At the time they said the Mt. Clemens location was the only location with an alignment rack and tech who could run it. Now another tire place had diagnosed the brand new Cooper tires as the plys are coming apart, the vibrations are worse than before and now it’s unsafe to drive my truck. They sold me defective tires. Leslie tire won’t help me and Cooper Tire warranty department won’t pick up the phone. DON’T BUY COOPER TIRES. DO NOT USE LESLIE TIRE FOR SERVICE.
