Their ATM swallows your money then says "woops, error. Contact bank". Doesn't give you money back. Then the bank tells you it'll take a week to actually find your money. Absolutely insane. Do not bank here

Don't tell you all the information you need to know before coming in. Not friendly, understanding, or apologetic. Went elsewhere and had a greatly improved customer experience. Many banks in the area.

Love this Bank, NOT this branch. Regret choosing this location for my small business account. Nothing but trivial, counter productive problems & policies that make no sense whatsoever. None of which are backed up by any actual guideline or restriction. I literally come across a new branch policy issue virtually every visit. Somehow, none of it was ever an issue in the 40+ previous years. Manager is rarely available, usually is not physically present. This branch is a bad choice for a Business.

This Bank needs to carry more hundreds I'm tired of withdrawing hundreds of dollars and not being able to get hundreds they always give me twenties and it is super annoying. Nobody in their right mind wants $1,000 in 20s. The bank needs more hundreds

STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY This branch needs to be closed down or they need an entire new staff. Ive been screwed over quite a few times at this location. For example. One time I came in to deposit a check, they deposited into an entirely different account that was negative. Never reimbursed me for the money they didn't even know what to do!! Just about every other time I come into deposit something they mess it up and withdraw the amount I'm trying to deposit. I now drive the extra distance to go to any other Huntington. These people are clearly inexperienced and need proper training or what I believe just don't care. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH TO ANYONE TERRIBLE BANK ALWAYS MESSING UP MY MONEY. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY

Banked here for years, went in last week and decided to never go back in this branch for anything, I will now bank at the Huntington on 23 Mile that used to be TCF.
