I just filed with Anne Murray I went in there with a friendly demeanor but soon I felt a lot of judgment just radiating off from her it was embarrassing and I left feeling ashamed my boyfriend said he also felt the same energy coming from her I will not be coming back they gave me a coupon for $100 filing fee which is still too much
I think the professionalism and friendliness could be upped as well as helpfulness everybody should feel welcome and it should be a judgment-free atmosphere nobody knows what anybody has going on it also didn't help with her assuming that I had parents and when I told her know my parents died when I was a teenager she gasped maybe don't assume next time just so uncomfortable! So extra!!!!
Never again!!!
I have enough going on without this added experience which is why I avoided filing
Now if it were just me if I were just in a funky mood I'd be different but my boyfriend was right there and felt the judgment coming off from her good thing she doesn't know anything about me and good thing I can take my business elsewhere or just do it on my own what an outrageous price and uncomfortable experience
