We stayed here to attend and photograph a wedding at another venue 20 minutes away. Friday night was quite rough as we had a kids hockey team that would not quiet down (not sure where the parents were as these were young kiddos). We should have called the front desk but did not even think to do that because we were so exhausted. I ended up mentioning to the front desk the next morning and Saturday night was much quieter, so thank you to whomever took care of this! The staff were all kind and friendly and very appreciated. House keeping Supervisor was understanding and helped us immediately…it was all just so impressive!! The complimentary breakfast was fantastic especially with it being in a separate room…very nice! I have to say that this was a very nice Holiday Inn Express.

Front desk clerk didn't care at all about our complaint on loud noise issues. Kids running up and down the hallways, talking loudly and slamming the hotel room doors. We had to keep turning our tv up to help drown out some of the noise.This went on for over an hour starting after 9pm.And we were not the only room that complained about the noise level.Bring Ear Plugs but that can't even guarantee to keep the noise level out.Not to mention when the building is supposed to be 100% smoke free, our entire half of our end of the hallway smelled of smoke and not just from cigarettes!When a noise disturbance isn't addressed, nothing could be worse.If you want sleep at this hotel, ear plugs won't even help!Front desk rep. customer service was Horrible!

We went to visit my son and his family in Ravena this past weekend. We stayed at the Holiday Inn express. The rooms were clean, and they had real DOVE soap and shampoos (thumbs up!). The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was good ( real crisp bacon ? and pancakes....yummy!!) They had an inside pool, which my family enjoyed. Our overall experience, being away from home was great!??Thank you to Holiday Inn express staff in New Baltimore!!!

Mellisa was amazing loved her great place to stay I utilized the pool and workout area very clean and enjoyable. Room was up too par clean comfy would recommend it for anyone ! Coffee is fantastic. Everything you need is here and the price is great !Breakfast bar was delicious and clean just loved Veda she was so friendly , clean , and perfection with her breakfast,, great environment she made for us !Thanks for the enjoyable stay !Definitely will come back !

Good clean room, but I believe it was room service opened our door about 3-4 times without knocking or saying anything. At first someone knocked, said room service, opened the door and then said sorry and closed it while we were in bed, but then opened it without knocking or saying anything 3-4 times after. Good hotel, friendly staff, but that experience was just uncomfortable.

Everybody was really nice that work there but one of the people that clean the rooms stole my dad's $100 cologne told the front desk and of course nothing was done about it so what I say to you is don't let them clean your room while you're staying

Alexis and Melissa from the front desk and Kim from housekeeping were amazing! It was my mom's birthday today and she was feeling a bit down and the staff came out and sang happy birthday with a piece of birthday cake. It was so sweet and made her day! Kids loved the pool and the breakfast was amazing!! We will back next year!

The service was amazing. All of the workers were wonderful. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The pool was nice and clean as well.The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and we had extra pillows. The bathroom was clean and had everything you might need, including complementary make up wipes.Safety: The hotel as a whole was very clean and well maintained. You could tell the staff take pride in their work. The staff were also friendly and very helpful!

This is a safe hotel to stay with small children. Our room was big enough for all seven of us. The staff is very friendly and will accommodate your needs. The location is great with lots of restaurants and places to shop with in five minutes from the hotel.

Stayed at Holiday Inn for one night. The staff were nice, no problem with them. But the room was in a state that was just unacceptable. There were gaps in the carpet and you could lift up the carpet as well. There were socks tied to the underside of the desk chair and there was a brown stain on our shower curtain. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable, but given the state of the rest of the room I didn't want to inspect the bed too closely. Overall had the room been a base level clean and put together it probably would've been a 4 star experience but it was tough to overlook the problems with the room.

Been a couple years since I've stayed here but my father was in town and he stayed at this hotel. We had lunch out in the lobby. It was very clean and updated. Also very open concept. His room was updated and had a lot of room. The pool area needs some work. But overall I was really impressed with what was done and how well it looked.

We stayed here for a wedding. The staff was very friendly, especially Melissa who made our accommodations so enjoyable. We first were assigned to a room that ended up having an issue and we had to switch in a timely manner. Melissa was extremely helpful in getting us a different room. Rooms were clean & spacious. At night the wedding party was able to with permission use the lobby/breakfast area to eat together. I would absolutely stay here again.
