CVS new policy for the pharmacy to put you into a long long phone call loop and route you to voicemail. (where you may or may not get a call back) In my case I got no call back I had to speak to a manager to get to the pharmacy. Time to transfer all my scripts somewhere else where they care about customer service. This is totally unacceptable.

The cashier was so so rude, I felt very disrespectful and humiliated. When I( people of color) entered in the store she didn’t even say hi and right after me a white lady walked in and cashier said “hello” to her… and the time I was on the register she didn’t even recognize the fact that I was standing behind the person she was giving the services…that was very rude.

Since Amy the manager left, the pharmacy has gone downhill. The people working there are short and rude more often than not. I don't appreciate being talked down to when I'm getting meds filled. I will be taking my prescriptions to another pharmacy and will tell everyone I speak with to avoid this CVS.

The store was closed at 951pm. I tried to open the door to make a quick purchase. The employee said sorry we are closed. I said it’s 10pm. What do you mean you’re closed. He said we need to leave early tonight. I couldn’t believe how rude the guy was and I couldn’t believe they closed early.

So apparently if you can’t afford your copay for a prescription and you want to use good rx coupons they won’t allow it cause they don’t make a profit. So you go without meds because you can’t afford it because CVS doesn’t make money SERIOUSLY! So many people are on a fix income and are just trying to make ends meet. You deny them a discount and cvs makes millions of dollars a year and you can’t allow people to use a discount card. Shame on you! I hope you all can sleep at night knowing you are making people go without meds they may need as a life or death situation. People are just trying to save money wherever they can because everything is so darn expensive. You all are crooks.

The lady at the drive-thru for pharmacy said "it's only $20-something for 3 months," when I asked about the GoodRX discount on my prescriptions. Ummmmm... She doesn't know my financial situation or that of any other customer, and it was beyond rude to assume the $8 difference wouldn't mean anything to me or someone else. Yes, as a single man with no kids the $8 won't break me; however, families often live paycheck-to-paycheck, and the attitude when inquiring into a legit discount is unacceptable. Do better, CVS.

The pharmacy at this location needs new management or something. Everytime I call ahead and speak to someone about a medication that's needed, I get told a time it'll be ready and without fail I get there and still have to wait 10-15 minutes if not more. This is ridiculous.

Today 4/28/23 around 3:45 I went in needing some help with something and the cashier on duty was not only accommodating but also EXTREMELY friendly and treated me so much nicer than most places I've gone into. I am so sad I didn't get his name. It's my fault I didn't even look for a name tag when thanking him but, I'm writing this review in hopes that he is recognized as the wonderful person he is. Thank you. Store was very clean inside and out as well. I've lived here 3 years and I've just never gone in because CVS doesn't unfortunately accept our insurance for prescriptions anymore but, I will definitely be coming back to purchase things because of the cleanliness, professionalism, and friendliness of your employees.

Took my 5 year old son to the doctor this morning. 9 a.m. and by 9:30 he was given a script to this CVS. As of 4:55 p.m. the script was still not ready (7 HOURS 25 MINUTES LATER!!!!!!!) absolutely the slowest I have ever experienced. Now my son gets to have an earache all night!!! Thanks a lot to the worst pharmacy ever!!!!

Joe is an absolute sweetheart. He was able to transfer and fill my prescription when it was sent to another pharmacy. I enjoy seeing him and conversing with him every time I go into CVS. Keep on being awesome Joe!

Sitting in 20 minutes of construction traffic for my prescription just to constantly get ignored in the drive thru. “I’ll be right with you” as 15 minutes goes by still nothing. & some of the pharmacists like to be rude thinking that’s okay when dealing peoples health. I also get called that prescriptions are ready & when I arrive they still “have to get it together” for 40 minutes. Continually disappointed.
