Chase Bank has received mixed reviews from customers. While some customers have praised the branch staff for their kindness and patience, others have expressed frustration with the bank's policies and procedures. One customer found the teller's behavior towards a customer who was not wearing a mask to be unprofessional, as they felt it was not the staff's place to comment on personal choices. Another customer was disappointed with a $12 monthly service fee to keep their account open. However, other customers have had positive experiences, with one customer stating that the associate they dealt with, Melissa R., was helpful and provided excellent customer service. The main issue seems to be with the bank's phone system, as several customers have complained that the phone number they were given did not connect them directly to the associate they had previously spoken to, but instead to a "Service Center," which they found confusing and frustrating.
If you plan on calling them for any type of inquiry, don’t bother; just go to the branch. It’s like they just silence their phones all day so they don’t get bugged, called several times throughout today with nobody available to answer.

I talk to a bank staff for a deposit appointment and je sounds not interested with my application with a very rough answer. I thought Chase is a huge bank with professional employees? Or Michigan is a different case from other states? It could be an isolated case only.

Ridiculous wait time for the drive thru. Every time I visit this location.
