Having a hard time getting someone out there the past 4-5 business days to sell me the car I want from their lot. Looks like the salesman blocked me because i kept asking if there is someone there to help me. Just wasted my credit unions time and also mine. Very unprofessional business i don't understand how they are still in business.

Be careful was my first time buying a truck snd the guy seen me as a dummy will I was for believing him when I asked him questions snd not ready right the contract just for a freaken dollar I didn’t know about he put warranty on my truck had to pay 2000 more with high interest for something I didn’t even know I had till a year later boy did I learn the hard way being my first time buying a truck ?

I just had the best experience that I have ever had at any dealership!I had a certain vehicle in mind that I wanted ...and everyone told me I would not be able to get it either because I had bruised credit or not enough of a down payment.. every place I went dragged down my credit score or tried to force me into a vehicle I really didn't want. Not Shannon...Shannon asked me to trust her .. And I'm happy I did!! I have a gorgeous truck! And I didn't have to compromise!!Thank you Car Country for making my wish a reality ❤️

Shannon and her husband are both amazing!!! I was in a bad situation with a truck tht I was tricked into and felt stuck. With Shannon's very honest help I was able to get a new truck with warranty and get rid of the one tht kept breaking my wallet. Absolutely an amazing experience buying a truck here. And I honestly don't think I will ever go anywhere else again.

I have never had an easier time purchasing a vehicle. They are very professional and were able to get me into my budget range. I went there to look at a different truck, and found a better one. They are very open and honest. No gimmicks, no BS. Todd was AWESOME!

Horrible experience. A 2014 charger with financing $19,000!!! Was told tires, brakes, struts shocks and battery were all new. Now not even a year later needs $4000 to fix all the above!! Nothing was new or replaced. Largest scam around! Also financing is done thru Credit Acceptance for poor credit they also are being looked at by the BBB for scams! Would never recommend to anyone. Please don’t go to this business for a car especially if you have bad credit. I could have bought a new car for what I paid for this lemon!!

Bought a 2013 ford f350. Awesome truck. But when I transferred the title to Indiana it went south. But Todd and car country did so much paperwork for me to get this straightened out. It wasn't car country. It was between Michigan and Indiana. How they do the paperwork different. Once again I can't thank Todd / car country enough for everything they done for me. Great place to do business with
