This is my 3rd open box computer since Christmas that I bought that was NOT factory reset. It even had someones tax files on it with their SSN. I would recommend you get your PC reset somewhere else if you are doing a return. They also have been out of stock on most things I want to buy and the reason I go. I'm thinking this location will be closing and that's why they are not stocking basic stuff.

I went here to purchase a stove and I did. In the mean time my husband decided to repair the old one. I went back to Best Buy to cancel the order and we were still 2 weeks away from delivery. The girl said she didn’t know if they could cancel it. So then she said they could and told me it was canceled . I kept checking their app on a daily basis to see when my account would be credited. After two weeks I decided to call the 800 number and they told me it was never canceled the right way, (which explains why I got a bill for something I canceled) Seriously they would have delivered the stove to my house and it would have turned into a nightmare for me. Maybe you need to test these people your hiring and make sure they throughly understand the job before you hire them into your company. Now they said my account won’t get credited till the next billing cycle. My bill is due July 2, 2024. I have excellent credit and I told them I better not get a bad credit rating because of their incompetence! Don’t trust when they tell your order is canceled when clearly you don’t know what the hell your doing.

Very Clean and Bryce was immediately available to assist. Also, he was friendly to my 5 year old is full of energy. However, the cashier wasn't too nice. She was NOT welcoming at all. My son waved and she never responded. One thing that is VERY important is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Employees should always come prepared to the work atmosphere with a great and positive attitude. In the meantime, I will be returning to purchase more tech items.

It's a decent place. Of course, we have very few options nearby any more. Their prices are always higher, though I have made a few purchases when they run deals. The staff is friendly enough, and knowledgeable, but there are not enough of them. It is clean and service is okay. Just more limited than it used to be. Truthfully I don't know how this company is making it any more.

There are managers who go the extra mile to offer great customer service and Nick at the Chesterfield, MI location is one of them. My iPhone wasn’t charging with a cord so I was going to purchase a wireless charger. I told Nick I dropped my phone in water and put it in rice to dry it out. He heard rice and said “let me take a look”. After ten minutes he successfully removed a grain of rice and phone charging again. Nick didn’t have to spend time doing this but he obviously is helpful, knowledgeable and very kind.
Nowadays people like Nick are few. Best Buy hired one of the best.

Needed assistance trying to decide whether to build the computer I have or to purchase a new one. Brenden was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and knowledgeable….answered all my questions and gave me terrific advice. Would recommend this store to everyone, and ask for Brenden for sure if you have any computer questions .
