I have to brag and give credit where credit is due. I am working on a project on my truck. And I googled how to do this project. So I decided to do this myself. There is a great gentleman named Jeff who is helping me to do this!! I was so excited about his superb knowledge. the project is coming along great! But I could not do this without Jeff’s help. And continuous help. Thank you, Jeff.

EVAN HELPED US PUT IN POWER steering fluid he is the best!!! My mom is in her 70 now and it was appreciated so much - in the cold weather seems her cap popped off and they even had the cap and the exact import ( Honda ) ps fluid we needed !!! Auto zone is the best.

What a joke these people were. I was sold a part for my car, that my car doesn’t even take. So I brought it back today to return. The lady Courtney tells me they can’t return it without the receipt. Which I understand so I told her I had bought it under my name on my account here. They told me that doesn’t show anything it’s just a reward system. So she had me leave and told me to come back when her manager was here so he could pull up the receipt. So I came back AGAIN and they told me the manager couldn’t figure out how to do the refund so now I have to wait until tomorrow when the store manager comes in to get a refund IF she knows how to do it! How does that even make sense. How are they managers but don’t know how to do a simple refund?! The man that sold it to me was here and told them he sold it to me also apologizing for selling me the wrong part! I also showed them my bank statement saying auto zone chesterfield. So how can you not just give me my money back!? Such a joke of a system. Thank you Courtney and Jeff for not knowing your job and for not caring at all to even try. Waste of gas 3 times now. And another tomorrow.

I sent a person there to pick up a gasket. They accidentally gave him $20 too much. Then the gentleman would not give the $20 back and argued it when easily he could've checked his drawer to see it was off basically stole the money. Half tempted to call corporate and bring the police there to check the cameras. Lose your job over a measly $20. all because he said he didn't have change for 100.

Had to grab new windshield wipers before all the fall rain started. I put my vehicle information in and still somehow ended up with the wrong wipers. Bruce was amazing he got me the correct blades and helped me put them on. The staff here is amazing and very appreciated. Thanks again Bruce you're great!

Mike helped me by checking my tail lights. I had one out. He went and got me the part. I was in and out in a Jiffey. They are very friendly and helpful.
