Truck broke down and had to choose a local repair shop. Found Big Jim’s was less than a mile away. I called to see if they could accommodate me. They referred me to a tow company who pulled me in. They called the next morning to inform me my truck was on the lift and how much the repair would be. Everything was put back together by the end of the day. They even fixed a couple bulbs that were popped. I was happy I was able to find an honest American owned company when this unplanned emergency came up. Losing a work truck for any amount of time can be a huge set back! Thanks, Jim and staff for the quick turn around.”
“I have used Tom’s before and they were very helpful and did a great job. I stopped in today with my son’s car because the rubber molding on the window was loose. The man who helped me took a Quick Look and told me how to fix it which was super helpful and I had planed on fixing it myself but the. He came out and did it for free. When I asked what I owed he said he’d never charge someone for a quick fix that like. What a wonderful surprise! Not every shop would have been so kind.”

“I took my car here as the exhaust was rattling. This is actually to fix another shops work. Dropped off my car upon S&K opening, received a call around noon saying they fixed the rattle. They had to bend a spring for the X pipe, and they didn’t charge me for this. Upon pickup I said they were going to get something, so I gave some money for their lunch fund. Definitely great customer service and great staff. Will be a returning customer! Thank you!”

“These guys at the vaveline oil change. Really know there's stuff. I had installed a catch can on my truck. I didn't even have to say anything. Say empty that for me, change my oil. Change the filter filled all the fluids. I plan on returning back there soon.”

“Great local repair shop. In a world that doesn't seem to know what a manual transmission is, the techs at Morisette knew what the problem was (our clutch) and how to fix it. The day after we took it in they finished it. We paid a reasonable price and drove home a car that shifted and sounded like new. Thanks guys!”
“Friendly service, quick fix! Called on a Friday afternoon for a slow leak in my tire. No appts available for Saturday, but they advised to come in first thing Saturday morning and they’d get me in as a walk in. Very good customer service both over the phone and in person.
