I just took my car up there to get looked at, he walked out to my vehicle in the parking lot, explained what i thought was wrong was not the issue, then showed and explained what the issue most likely was. As someone that doesn't know anything at all about cars or engines he explained it in a very easily understandable way, and even showed me what he was talking about. He told me how to proceed and how I can check if his guess was correct (it was an issue that couldn't be checked without driving a bit). Most times a mechanic would have just said "yup, you're right the problem is what you think it is, here's the bill"He's earned a customer for life.”
