I was going to try this place, but the hours don't work for me. 9-12 2-5 or 7I drop the kids off to school at 8 I can't wait around for an hour. Maybe if the hours change I'll give it a try. I'll look into buying a treadmill for now.

I like the way this place is divided into smaller rooms. I like being able to watch television while on the treadmill. They offer a nice variety of classes for those interested in group activities. I like that they have a variety of weight training machines as well as hand weights. They have a personal trainer on staff as well.

I have to say I missed this place so much when they were relocating!! I tried to continue my Tanning else where in the mean time and let me tell you my experience was not so great. If anyone is a Tanning freak like me THIS is the place to go they have the best beds around and the staff are always so helpful and friendly

Great setup! Started by fitness minded people! Cori Amman is a very positive person with a "you can do this" attitude! And Rick is an awesome Trainer...when he works with You, one on one, you know You have had a workout! You have got to check this place out!
