This place is clean and new. But it is expensive and the pressure sucks. It will cost about $8-$10 to wash a standard car that isn't that dirty. So unless you are just rinsing salt off I don't recommend going there.

New owners are absolutely awesome. If you have any type of problem with there service they are always there to make it right. Place has gone a long way up in the past months.

Id hoped this got better but it didn’t. The self wash I kept putting quarters in it and it would ho back to .25 to start over. The end bay no pressures power. $6 bucks down the drain! I told a lady after and she still went in and lost $4. I know they are trying to fix stuff but this is very poor.

I wash my car there every week sometimes more and for the first time the machine wasn't working . So I called the number that was posted there, and they called me right back . They told me they would
refund my money, and they did. Now that's what you call an awesome customer service.

Thank you Bay Wash for not only giving me my money back, but also giving me an apology and a token for a free car wash! Being in Sales myself, this means alot to a consumer. I work with many vendors and we do have irate or dissatisfied customers and the professional thing to do would be to apologize and offer a incentive or discount as you did. This will definately show the true character of a profession or business. THIS is what keeps customers coming back. I truly appreciate the apology and the token. I have no doubt you will make a difference in the community and we are pleased to have a Car Wash that truly cares for their customers. I will definately be a returning customer. Have a great day! :)
I went to the Car Wash a week ago and put my debit card in the machine, I chose the 9.00 dollar wash and waited for the door to open as the machine stated to drive thru and nothing, the door didn't open. I looked at my debit transactions on my online banking and they are charging me 9.00 for a wash I did not get. I could say it was my fault if they had cones blocking the entrance and saying out of order, but, they had nothing to suggest the drive thru car wash was NOT working. I should of took the hint when the guy next to me in a truck was waiting for the other door to open. I wonder if he lost his money as well. I would suggest if your drive thru washes are not working, please put a sign up or block the entrances as I have seen you do before. I also would like my 9.00 dollars back for a wash I did not get.

I went to the Bay wash in Chesaning and it was a great experience. The vending machines were all stocked with the air fresheners, water pressed was good and my son loved the colorful soap used in the premium wash. So happy to have a great smelling, clean van!Service: Vacuuming
