Nice station clean with lots of items. More expensive than if you went 15 minutes in either direction though. They also put weird holds on credit cards. Like they auth for $500 with a normal pay at the pump gasoline (not the semi pumps) which is just odd.

Perky pantry has the cleanest, neatest store in town. I am always greeted with a smile, and the staff is amazing.

Perky pantry is the best gas station in Chelsea! The pumps always work, and will give you a receipt. You never have to go in to get one, but if you do go in everybody, there is very friendly, and they have a great assortment of merchandise/food/snacks for sale. the pumps are well-maintained, the washer fluid is always kept up, and the store and facilities outside are always clean.

The basic self-serve options are always in working order, gas prices are competitive, and the little shop is always good for munchies.

For 20 years, this station has been my favorite place to recharge, refuel, refresh, and relax when in Chelsea. I used to travel from Ypsilanti to Stockbridge so this spot was where I'd stop - about half way and before a beautiful country drive when northbound.Today, my visit was greeted with smiles, a super clean bathroom, and a reminder why I liked stopping here when I'd go to visit my uncle in Stockbridge all of those years.Thank you for being a class act!
