We recently had carpet installed at our local office. The sales team was great to work with when selecting the carpet. The installers were very professional, did great work and cleaned up. The overall process was great from start to finish! 5 stars!!!

We're looking for a sectional sofa. Wendy, a highly experienced sales person assisted us. She answered all our questions, sent us home with printed information and online resources. Great showroom with many well arranged spaces filled with top shelf american and European furniture; 3 floors of fine items. No pressure sales and design staff were heloful- and not be condescending.

We were excited to shop local in our town, and Denise did a great job on the sale. Unfortunately our installation took a month, we had to compromise on the quality in order to move into our upstairs, and our installer was awful. Left cut carpet trash around the house, refused to mask up when speaking with us, didn't put enough nails in, and couldn't even put the closet doors back on when he finished. Heartbroken, but I guess we'll have to take our future business out of town.
