Answered on the first ring, gave me information and a price quickly, and was available for a non-emergency towing the next morning.
I learned they prioritize emergency calls which made me feel good that if I call back with an emergency they’ll help even more quickly.

My only issue was the amount of time it took to get my car from the place it was at to my house. That's only because of the circumstances of where exactly my car broke down at. However, I don't know what caused the delay, so something very well could have came up that took precedence , which caused the delay. It was quite a distance for them to tow my car too, they were perfectly fine with doing that which made it all worth it. Plus they had the best price for an emergency tow situation where I had to pay out of pocket. My phone was off so I wasn't able to communicate with them about the delay. Which was on me. I'd absolutely call them again if I needed assistance with towing.

Bill was kind, courteous, and professional! Wish Manchester Towing had a location closer to Chelsea. 10/10 would definitely recommend for all your towing needs.

GREAT PLACE TO WORK WITH. THEY TOOK A NOT SO ENJOYABLE SITUATION AND MADE IT AS PAINLESS AS POSSIBLE. I WOULD WORK WITH THEM EVERYTIME IF POSSIBLE. GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!
