DO NOT use this practice!! They are greedily money driven and uncaring. We have been going to this vet practice for 3 years. Our dog is a senior German Shepherd, and has had on and off urinary tract infections (UTIs)for over a year (fully already diagnosed by Lane). The vet who was taking care of our dog, Dr Holly Andrick, is uncaring and extremely unresponsive when treatment is ongoing. Our dog developed another UTI while they were closed. I called them while they were closed, and a tech called me back on Monday. The dog was having serious symptoms of the UTI, and I asked if they would ok another round of the treatment drug (Clavacillin). The tech said he couldn't make that happen. I called them again Monday. The Manager? said only Dr. Andrick can ok that med and she isn't back until Tuesday and doesn't respond to texts when she is off. I told them on Monday I thought Dr. Andrick is uncaring and unresponsive, as she has demonstrated throughout our experience here. Monday they said none of the vets present Monday will ok the drug being refilled for the UTI. Again, they are uncaring and unresponsive. On Tuesday they called me and said they were "terminating me" from their clinic (we have pumped thousands of dollars to this greedy place). They emailed a script for the drug and I was able to get in finally on Tuesday. I have other experiences like this with them-for example, they did blood work for heart worm recently and it was negative. I needed a heartworm drug that they don't sell-so I used petmeds.com to get the drug. Lane refused to ok petmeds to dispense the drug, as they want you to use only their online pharmacy which doesn't carry the drug. Again greedy!! Please find a better vet in the area, as I already have.

Wow. What a great Vet. I am from out of town. Unfortunately my pet started having ear issues. I was able to schedule her for an appointment the doc examined her with great care and came up with a excellent treatment plan. I wish they were in my home town. They would be our permanent vet!!!!

I wouldn’t be able to trust this Veterinary. When this is one of their licensed Vet techs that’s been there for years. Talking about murdering her healthy dog due to her irresponsibility. Their are so many resources like Roover and local doggy day cares to name a few. This is truly heart breaking. Please step up and take action to protect this dog!

Dr. Brian Fryburg was asked if he would be able to take my baby boy as an emergency case and he did. I am so very thankful for Dr. Fryburg and his staff. Words of appreciation are simply not enough. Thank you so very much Dr. Fryburg and your staff for taking great care of my baby boy.

My family has been receiving excellent care for our various pets from Lane animal Hospital for over thirty years. The first encounter was when our senior dog had an emergency while visiting the house we were about to relocate into. With out question, they saved my dog's life. He was able to live to a ripe age of 16! The story goes on from there. The staff has always been very knowledgeable as well as caring. Thank you LAH.

We loved LAH for the fifteen years we had cats. Now, fifteen years later, we have adopted a dog and Lane Animal Hospital is still exceptional. From the office staff who answer emails quickly and are very helpful on the phone, to the medical staff who spend as much time as needed answering questions and clearly love their chosen profession, Lane is everything we could want for our Marley -- and more!

I just moved to Chelsea, from the Washington DC area where there are hundreds of vet choices. I admit I was a bit concerned that there were so few vets around here. My concerns vanished after I brought two of my dogs to Lane. The sensitivity, professionalism, and expertise are top notch. I look forward to years of care offered by Lane vets and techs.

Thank you to the staff at LAH for their compassion from the moment we walked in the door with Taylor our 18 year old loving cat in the last day of her life. Dr Holly Andrick and vet tech Scott were so caring and gentle as we had made the difficult decision to “put Taylor to rest” Taylor was not able to walk, barely eating, sleeping 23 hours a day and had to be lifted in and out of litter box etc. As hard as that decision was what was most comforting was Dr Holly assuring us it was the compassionate thing to do.

Been going for decades. They are always very nice and treat your animals like family. They may be pricey but its worth it. The care your animals receive is worth it.
