Buyer beware on holds. Professional friendly staff. Owner would not refund any part of the $500 I gave to hold a ring i decided not to purchase. They only required $100 hold. I should have received $400 back will NEVER go here again.

I needed my platinum wedding ring cut off and resized, and La Jolla was so great to work with. They were able to use a laser to build up my prongs and shape my ring so the weight would be more balanced. My ring is like new - I absolutely love it. Thank you so much!

I took my wife’s engagement ring to a jeweler in Jackson (well known) for a repair. The diamond was “juggling around and about to fall out. They fixed it but a week later it had the same issue so I took it back. They said they were unable to fix it but would sell me a new ring for the diamond. The rings alone they showed me were more expensive than my original engagement ring from 16 years ago. I took a pass and left feeling kinda small and of course out a couple hundred bucks for a repair that they didn’t stand behind. It was just weird there. Fast forward to to our 20th anniversary and I decided to use Ja Halla for the “undoable” repair. They took one look at it and said I’d have it by Saturday (three days) and even gave me a “fist bump.” Lol. What a different experience all around. The whole staff was helpful and easygoing. Yes, the ring was nothing special and the diamond is tiny, but it was all I could afford in 2002. We didn’t want a new ring we wanted the one that made it 20 years because I’ve seen some enormous diamonds that didn’t make it 6 months.This is my second time doing business and I’ll go back again and highly recommend it if you’re not big jewelry couple like my wife and I. Of course, if you are, this place sure has a big selection so it’s a win win!! Thanks guys for being so kind and helpful.

I lost weight recently and needed my engagement and wedding ring's size adjusted. I went to La Jolla and they did an AMAZING job. Not only did they modify to correct size, but they offered to connect the rings together for me as a set (because I wear both) and it looks fantastic. Great staff and excellent work! I'll be coming back for future jewelry adjustments and repairs and recommending to friends/family. :)

If there is a jeweler to go to, it is this one! I was gifted some heirloom jewelery to make my own. Curtis and his team listened to my input and offered some expert advice and we ended up with a design that I absolutely love! The process was easy and throughout the experience I was comfortable knowing my jewelry was in great hands. We will be back!

Curtis and the team at La Jolla are great! I had some heirloom jewelry I needed cleaned, appraised, resized, and set into new pieces. They were all super friendly and attentive, provided great service and recommendations for options to transform one of the pieces into items for both myself and my sister. He also fixed up one of the stones that had a crack in it so it's better protected.

Curtis did such an amazing job creating my custom engagement ring. He gave us exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price and as a result, we also bought our wedding bands from here as well. Such a great team and I would definitely recommend them.

stopped by to get my diamond rings cleaned ,had a wonderful experience with the owner curtis. he not only cleaned my jewelry but polished it all free of charge, while looking around my husband surprised me with a wonderful 35th anniversary diamond necklace wow i found my new jeweler !

I’m so happy to have found a highly knowledgeable, talented and friendly staff of people who where amazing as soon as I walked in the door with my boyfriend and I. I was so excited and happy with the results of the peice I had and the Price was specific to my budget & so crazy good to be able to have such a diverse and beautiful collection of eclectic stunning custom jewelry! I’m going to be back most definitely! I have to say also that I was offered to have the ring I walked in wearing,’cleaned up’ before I left the store, and after what seemed like 10 mins or lessof having a great try on session with the the beautiful redhead lady ( I wish I got her name!) Curtis came back to the front with what looked like my ring but so much more beautiful and so clean! I could not have made me happier than can be!!! I recommended La Jolla Fine Jewelry to everyone in my family! I’m going to be going back for life!???????????????????
