I've seen several of the stylists here and have NEVER had a bad experience. I have baby-fine hair and they've all given me great cuts. I've only had my hair colored/highlighted by one stylist (CALA) and will never go anywhere else for this. ? She's outstanding!

Didn't technically get the trim that I needed. She was confused as to how to fix it and didn't do enough to even it out, except the longer hair that was kinda straight to begin with. Inexperienced and realized when I walked out, didn't get the eyebrow wax I scheduled. Tipped well, but thats my toxic trait to run and never look back

What an amazing experience with Christine! I have a few disabilities and she treated me so well and took really great care of me, working around my requests effortlessly. I was able to relax and trust her. I was a walk-in appointment for a haircut and ended up adding on a permanent hair coloring service as well. I'm so grateful for the experience and finally finding someone I trust! Thank you ?

I've gone here before a couple times since moving to the area, and had a good experience with cut and style.However, I scheduled an appointment for last week, and by chance most of Chelsea lost power to a non-weather related issue in the morning. I happened to see it in the Chelsea Facebook group since I don't live in the affected area. I didn't hear anything from Trios at any point before my 5pm appointment. Phones were down, so I messaged them on Facebook asking if they had power, and saying if they did that I could still come in for my appointment. It's been a week, and no response at all (I even waited for after the holiday weekend). With an online booking system, they had my email and phone number--no excuse to not reach out to customers about the unexpected closure. I'm sure the owner or someone can log into the system remotely to contact customers. I'm just glad I learned about the power outage before making the 20 minute drive into town.
