The people working here are always polite, and they accept a wide range of items for donation.

It looks like goodwill, but they had different prices,no specials, and not the same prices, like the others' goodwill stores.

This place is not what you think it is. They do not pay their workers well at all. They expect you to work an 8 hour day alone with no lunch and barely any time to use the bathrooms. They are not a charitable place, they do not help families in need. They treat their employees bad. Please donate to places that actually help the world around them! They also make their employees work holidays. No holiday pay either while management has the holidays off. One thing that stands out to me is if your paycheck is lost They charge their employees out of their paychecks to cover the bank fee for cancelation of the lost check. Which is against the law.

The old lady who works here is rude. I'll donate elsewhere from now on.

I was scolded by the “mature” female employee at the Chelsea location for not sorting all of my items to donate. She told me that if I don’t, then she (employed by Goodwill) would have to sort it. I have donated to Goodwill for over 20 years and was never informed of this. I will donate somewhere else rather than be scolded in front of other people regarding my donation. She has never been friendly, but this was uncalled for.

The lady that works there told me about a second hand store in Chelsea since they only take donations. But the store she told me sells only adult woman clothing . When I had told her that I needed kids clothes. I was very upset about the misinformation. The only second-hand store that sells kids clothing was close the day when I needed to get some clothes for my kids. They need to know there second hand stores a bit more better than that of what they think they know.

Great. I dropped off a donation in the box outside the building. When I turned around, an employee had stepped outside to thank me and take my bag. Nice to know it won't be sitting long outside and be exposed to the weather.
