Super nice people. Very friendly. I was looking at a 2016 Enclave. Only it was a 2014. Accepted mistake as my mishearing. Told another, older Enclave was As Is. Not mine. Told mileage was 125000, told at closing ot was close to 150000. When I finally found the button to show the odometer 157500! At closing, the car is As Is. 4 days after receiving the vehicle, I get a carfax report online, and the car is dangerously in need of brake replacement. If you're gullible like me. Stay away.

First in line at 8am. Third person out. One hour and 35 minutes for an oil change. Plus they tried to tell me i might need a new cabin filter. They had replaced the cabin filter on the last visit. 1500 miles ago.

I ordered a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership and worked with Thomas. We live in another state and put our trust into this business from hours away. They did not let us down. They kept to their word about every single thing they said. There was not a second where they wasted our time. Because of that and my experience, I look forward to continuing to give my business to them for my future Jeep purchases. If you're looking for a dealership who does things the right way, no bs, you've found it. Thanks everyone I love my new Jeep and appreciate everything.

We had a great experience. Our wonderful sales man Ray Sweet was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and accommodating.He help us find a great used car for our son. I would highly recommend dealing with him. Im a no-nonsense kinda person and I appreciate the same.

I tried the two closest dealers to me for my Jeeps first service. One even had a huge sign at the curb advertising quick lane service, yet told me they were booking about 1-2 weeks out for an oil change.

Beware of service department. Had my car in there 3 times now. Waiting for the 4th. Still not fixed. Tech didn’t check to see if he fixed the problem 2 times. I’ve paid over $200 in rental fees and waited there for my car for 8 hours in the waiting room and not so much as an I’m sorry. Best to take your business to Suburban in Ann Arbor. Tried to keep my business local.

This was my daughter's first car it only functioned for four days when I alerted the dealership they didn't bother to call me back when they did I was told that they would not take the car back I had read in review on their website that another customer who's as is car had broken down and was given a complete refund apparently my daughter doesn't carry that same value as that customer do not purchase a car from these people

Had a wonderful experience buying our car here and have continued to go back for repairs and oil changes. my family and I will no longer use this dealership after a recent experience with their service center. went in for an oil change and came out with almost 900 in repairs on a part that they broke (and admitted to breaking) during an oil change. I definitly would not recommend having anything done at this service center.

I had a quality issue with my Jeep Wrangler. First oil change and the vehicle needed to be taken off the road. I was given another Wrangler to use for 7 weeks while we waited for the part. Golling did a great job keeping me informed and working on the part delivery. They made a difficult situation much better. Love a dealer that stands behind their product and takes care of their customer!
