I came in yesterday to order a tire and set up a time to have 4 tires mounted and balanced, 3 of the 4 tires I ordered from Amazon, and decided to get the last one from the dealer so I could have it by today and get the ball rolling on the tires instead of waiting another week for the remaining tires to be delivered. Unfortunately, when I got home only one tire was delivered from Amazon yesterday when i was expecting all 3 so today I went to the dealer to pick up the tire I ordered. I asked if i could have the tire i ordered mounted on the wheel in my trunk to which they said they were too busy to do so, which i understand, no big deal. I also asked if I could pay for the tire I ordered and for 4 wheel mount and balance in advance because finances are tight and I most likely won't have the money when the tires are delivered because they are delayed in shipping. The man I talked to started asking intrusive questions like, "why do you want to pay now and do it later?" "Why won't have the money later?" And other rude questions that made me feel uncomfortable. I work for the Chrysler Chelsea proving grounds literally 2.5 miles down the road and whenever we have to take one of our company vehicles down there there has NEVER been an issue, but as soon as I bring my personal vehicle there I got the vibe they didn't really want to touch it. Not sure if who I talked to was the manager and he was having a bad day or what but I think when a company's employee starts prying into someone's personal finances when all they really want is a yes or no response, that crosses a line. I wish I talked to the service member Myles like I did yesterday, he went above and beyond for me, but today I made a mistake by talking to someone else. I just purchased my tire and left. I will not be returning for them to mount and balance my tires and I will be contemplating our decision on using this place in the future for service of our vehicles

We had the best experience with Golling CJDR of Chelsea. Dawson Omer made the purchase of our two Jeeps in two weeks feel effortless. Dawson provided superior support throughout each sale. No question, concern or request was an imposition. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicles he was selling. He took the initiative to get answers to every question and facilitated getting additional accessories to complete our vehicles. Best sales person we have had the pleasure of dealing with in years. I have passed his information onto friends and family for their vehicle needs. We could not be happier with our Jeeps!

I bought my RAM form here a few years ago, so continued to have services done here. I brought my truck in for some front end issues and was told it passed spec- I disagreed and the manager stepped in and it in fact did not pass spec. Thousands was spent in parts(whole front axel- thank god for warranty) I picked my truck up after completion for it to be in worse shape than when dropped off. The CV shaft wasn't attached to the differential, cross bar placed on backwards even though there's direction engraved in the part saying "FRT" with an arrow... same bar is literally on my axle when it should not be, gaskets, bolts etc. the list goes on and on. I had to have the truck towed back to the dealer and now we wait. For what ever reason I can not upload the video of the shaft not being connected to the differential but I assure you, it was not attached. Not recommended for service, if you do go- ask the name of the tech and their certification numbers for verification before allowing them to touch your vehicle.UPDATE-They are now refusing to fix /replace what their tech messed up.DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This is now my 2nd vehicle with Golling Chrysler in Chelsea and I will continue to come back. Thank you Steve, Dustin, and Sean for the AMAZING client focused service! Steve thank you for working so hard to get me the vehicle I really wanted at the deal I needed. I so appreciate the effort, honesty, and service from all of you. When the other dealerships couldn't be bothered with sourcing things to find what I needed, you guys did. Thank you all so much!

They fixed a recall for me and had to also fix an associated check engine light. I Received my keys and walked to my car. The check engine light was still on. The check the code, it was the same as before, reset it and then it came on again. I had to leave my car for another day. After already having left it for 2 days.Later visit I came for an oil change. The suggested I get new brake pads and rotors. They wanted to flush the fluid too. I was happy to get the parts replaced, but not the fluid flush and asked how much. The rep told me it would cost $1500. Surprised I told him no, absolutely not. Then he said he could give me 10% off... still no! (I look young and probably like I don't understand car mechanics, but those prices are robbery.)I further questioned the rep and asked what the pads measured. He didn't know and the mechanic had no measurements to give.Update:I spoke to a rep. at the dealership and we worked things out. Very friendly management.

After several poor experiences in the service department, poor estimate on wait times. Waited 2.5 hours for an oil change this time. Last few times it was over an hour wait. service tech are also not that friendly. Also Read in my fine print of my purchase agreement. that I will no longer be eligible to receive free oil changes if I leave a poor review on social media. I’d rather pay and receive quality service elsewhere.

After several bad experiences with the service department at this dealer I feel like I need to leave this review. I called ahead and made an appointment to have an oil change, alignment and 2 front tires on my 2019 3500 crew cab, long bed dually. I hate paying dealer prices but this truck is difficult to fit in most shops. I have had oil change service done on this truck before at this dealer, so all the pertinent information is in their system as to the size, and type of truck. I dropped the truck off before business hours and left key in drop box. At 9am I called to insure they had received the keys and truck. The service coordinator said that he was about to call me, and asked if I had the tires for them to install. I laughed and said no, that's why I brought it to you, and called ahead to make an appointment. He said they would need to order tires and could have my truck completed tomorrow. I said forget the tires, just do the alignment, and oil change, that I had to have the truck back today. After several unanswered calls on my way back to the office from work, I arrived at the dealership at 5pm. I was informed my truck would be done tomorrow, because they dropped the fuel tank to replace the fuel pump that was on recall. I did not authorize this repair, and explicitly stated I had to have the truck today. Then I was told the truck doesn't fit on their alignment rack. So no tires, no alignment, and my fuel tank is in pieces. This is a work truck, every day it is not working costs me money. I am a pretty understanding guy, and I do not leave bad reviews ever. I have had several bad experiences here with service, many of the 1 star reviews have had the exact same issues as my previous experiences. I guess I will no longer use my hometown dealer as they are completely inept. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.

I can't express how thankful I am for Darren V., Dustin M., Steve S., Shaun, and the entire Golling Chelsea group. They treated me like family (minus the family drama)! They were able to locate the exact vehicle (model, trim, interior color, exterior color, etc.) I wanted and was able to execute the entire transaction in a matter of days. Even though I live at least 45 minutes away, it was very worth the drive. I would recommend the Golling Chelesa team to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a professional team to get the vehicle of their choice!Thank you Golling Chelsea!

Stay away from this business. 2 bad experiences in 1 week (plus others in the past). 1st-Told oil change would take 45 mins-1 hr. After 2 hours of waiting I was told it was "almost done". I specifically asked about the condition of my brakes and was told they "looked great". Since Golling wanted to charge me extra to rotate my tires with the oil change, I took the vehicle to Good Year (no charge) for the tire rotation. They came out and told me that there was only 2mm left on the pads and that I needed brakes. Note this was the day after my oil change;. 2nd-Had recall work scheduled with a loaner car reserved. I drove all the way there and was told no loaner car available. When I said that if they don't want my business, let me know and was told to take my vehicle somewhere else to have the work done. Called the service manager with no return call (of course was transferred to voice mail). This has been the usual course of business with Golling. Not very nice people and they don't do a thorough job when they have the vehicle and make you wait forever to get it back. Huge lack of customer service leaving one to feel like they just don't care after they get your money. This is the last time I will do business with Golling and I would advise anyone considering it to find another dealership.

0/10 would not recommend. I have nothing good to say about this business. From their extreme lack of communication to their absent accountability. Don’t expect customer service or promptness on any matter and be prepared to lead them through everything and make the first move through the process. And check everything very closely before you leave the lot. They will do anything to save a penny over taking care of a customer. In all my car buying experiences I have never encountered such poor service or had to jump through this many hoops just to have to pay to correct their mistakes for them myself. If you’re shopping for a car, keep shopping.

The work they do is good. They are expensive like everyone else. The new warranty on used cars doesn't cover as much as it used to and so getting an issue checked out can be quite expensive if they can't reproduce or find it. My way to deal with that is instead of taking it in at the early stages of failing I'll have to wait until it breaks or throws a code.
