Robin is the best customer service rep I've ever seen! There were problems because I needed new brake linings, and was trying to juggle the service with a windshield replacement, and she worked really hard to make it all work, including taking the car to satellite and then fetching it back again. She made an awful hassle a lot easier, going WAY beyond standard. Thanks, Filling, for hiring her!

Do not recommend Golling. Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited and after the first rain we had a car full of water. Took in for repairs and after 6 weeks received it back with 1" of water in front passenger floorboards. No way this thing didn't leak before we bought it. We asked for loner during this 6 weeks but they don't do that. Worse experience ever. Do not go there!! They will not make it right for you.

Thanks to Golling for such fast service on our Roadtrek Van. We are traveling from Florida to Michigan and had some issues to be worked on. Miles and Kevin were knowledgeable and very helpful and we appreciate them and highly recommend this dealership!!

I took my mini van in to the conditioner fixed and some mileage maintenance work done. work was done in a timely manner. They even gave me a shuttle ride to and from Brooklyn.there was a discrepancy with the bill and they settled it with me. I would recommend this dealership.

Myles enot was very helpful. I had to have my heater core replaced on my 2012 dodge ram truck. I needed a ride to and from shop which they did. Over all i am very satisfieduu with the service and expeience i had

When the Golling dealership put new brakes on my 2014 Jeep Patriot, the result was very unsatisfactory, they were very noisy all the time, rain or shine. At the time there was a different Service Manager and he was unable to get rid of the noise.
Since Joe Koepfle came on board as your service manager, he made sure the noise issue was resolved to my satisfaction and has stayed that way ever since. Joe Koepfle has always been very courteous and treated me with respect as well as the employees who have serviced my Jeep along the way. Joe Koepfle has restored my faith in the Golling Dealership.

Kevin and Joe provided great communication, accurate diagnosis, and repair of my 2016 Ram truck heater core issue. I normally do my own repairs but ran out of time. As a fellow service manager, I highly recommend their service department!!!!

I purchased a Jeep Compass Limited from Golling Dodge in Chelsea this week. Dylan Millar (Sales Consultant) and Shaun Mccallum (Finance Manager) treated me like family and made my experience extremely enjoyable, which is unheard of at a dealership. I highly recommend using this dealership as the experience is superior! And on top of it all, my Jeep is AWESOME!!!

Took in my Cherokee to have a flat tire serviced. They repaired the nail hole in less than an hour. The nicest gentleman drove me to my appointment in town in the Courtesy Shuttle. Excellent service all around. Joseph K made an unexpected event manageable.

Came here for my first ever car service and had the best experience. Everyone who works there is so nice!! Was only there for about an hour (I used the express lane!!) I bought my car at another golling dealership so my oil change was free with the certificate, and they washed my car for free as well.
