Went in for an acrylic fill and gel polish. Acrylic edges are uneven and gel polish came off in sheets same night washing the dishes. I went back the next day to allow them to remedy the issue. Only the nails that peeled were repainted with little concern. Even though I called before I went in I felt rushed and they seemed annoyed. Again they peeled same night. Im a mom of two with two jobs and little time, safe to say I didn’t go back to waste more of it.

Overall the service was not bad. The nails turned out pretty good. The only issue was that the staff knew barely any English, so it was a little bit difficult to communicate to them about what I wanted. Some advice is to definitely bring a inspo picture they understood much better after I showed them the picture!

I walked in without an appointment and had to wait for an opening which is expected and not an issue but when i got my nails done they turned out not how I was wanting. The guy that did my nails put the acrylic on my nails first before cutting and shaping them which was odd, i then asked for a different color than the one he had before he put it on my nails and he didn't listen and proceeded to put a red on my nails rather than orange. The customer service i saw and work by other employees was good though.

What happened to this place? Went to get a dip. All new staff. No one spoke English--not one! Not even basic words to do the job! The guy soaking my dip off brought boiling microwaved water and kept pointing for me to put my fingers in it. Got several cuticle cuts. I have been going here for 3 years. I'm not going back.

Worst experience ever, they don't understand English, so they had no idea what I was saying. They cut off all my natural nails to put on fake tips instead of using the powder to extend my nails and give them color. So my nails are now stubs, and I walked out.

Not worth the money. Went in and got the dip powder nails which is supposed to last longer then shellac and they came off the 2nd day... Very disappointed! Unfrienley staff and terrible customer service

They helped me when I was in a time crunch for work the other day. It was in perfect timing and one of the best services I've had! The only thing I noticed was their website and phone didn't work when I tried to see if they were open.
