Chose to open this account because it was someone I could connect with locally. I got farmed out to a central agent in another state, then received a letter that "necessary action wasn't taken" to have my annual review and I must "remove all assets" from my account. If this had stayed local, Diane could have picked up a phone and contacted my through local listings or my former employer. Instead, my options were to stay with this mess, or cash out with double the penalties. Solid fail and so unfortunate.
