We absolutely love the flooring. We installed the Castle Plank Hickory on the majority of our main floor in 2012. The quality and beauty are top-notch. In 2024, we are replacing the flooring in our master bedroom with the same planks. We cannot say enough about the customer service and support that we received from Jessica and Tom at their store in Chelsea when we picked up the product unannounced late on a Friday afternoon. Jessica and Tom were both very helpful and cordial; a great representation of your company's service.

Unfortunately this company does not stand behind their product. We love the floor (Natural Mountain Ash) - it was beautiful upon initial installation! This flooring was sold to us as a high traffic friendly floor. After 6 months of low traffic living (2 of us who work full time) we have lost several knots out of the flooring and there are an insane amount of scratches, both deep and surface level. When I asked what I could do to better preserve the flooring I was ignored and blame was turned towards our declawed cats and low energy dog. I was even told they don't believe me when I dropped a plastic dustpan a foot off the ground and it dented our floor. I am so disappointed with the quality of the wood/finish and the customer service of Chelsea Plank Flooring.

The flooring looked great when installed but is extremely soft. After less than a year there are scratches, dents and chips all over. I'm always scared that if anything drops on it that it will be damaged. It's the gouges and chips that happen so easily that are so concerning.

The most soft flooring on the market. I am afraid to drop even a marshmallow as it will most likely damage the flooring. I have many scratches and pits already and I am really careful. They seem to appear out of nowhere. Truly regret installing this in my home.

I loved my hardwood in the living room so much, I went back and did my bedrooms. The quality is far superior than any I have found and trust me I did my research. The staff is fantastic, helpful and very knowledgeable!! I highly recommend them!

We installed Chelsea Plank 3-4-5 Autumn Ash 5 years ago. It's holding up Fantastic. I have 6 Kids and talk about foot traffic. Floors Finish is holding up FANTASTIC! I highly recommend Chelsea Plank Lumber!!!
