Crooks, scammers and gross salesmen tactics. Bought a car 3 years ago, they will use every single nasty tactic on the books to get you to buy one of their terribly priced cars. Then, guilt you into a lifelong financial burden by misleading you into the terms of the loan. Please avoid at all costs, do your due diligence whenever you go to ANY car dealership, but at least go to one with SOME amount of integrity.

Extremely Over Priced. Drove an hour to see an Blk 2018 F150 with transmission issues. It was priced at 26K and Filthy.

Even though I got the car for less than advertised, the car was still overpriced and honestly should not have been sold to anyone in the condition it was in. It has not been 2 months since the purchase and after spending $2500 to get the car somewhat drivable, Im now stuck with a car that needs a $10000 water pump replacement(which is 2x more than I paid for the car). It had way deeper accident damage than advertised on the car fax and what's seen on the surface. Considering one of the front headlights don't work at all, I could only drive in the day time to avoid tickets for it. Based on the sales tactics and how the dealership did business overall to get rid of it, I pretty certain the dealership was 100% aware that they should not have been selling it. I would advise anyone who goes to this place to request the opportunity to take the car for an inspection and if they refuse, walk away. The money that I have sunk into this lemon already would have gotten me a way better car.

Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t uphold anything they have in contract. Bought a used vehicle and paid for their warranty. They did not want to do the work for something that was clearly covered in the contract. Please save yourself the headache and go with another dealership

Damon was the salesman the helped me get my cargo van. He was professional, helpful and not pushy at all. Elliot is the finance manager and I appreciated his help finding the right loan for me. Miranda was also there and even though I wasn’t working with her there were 2 instances where she went out of her way to be friendly. It’s the little things that matter to me

Damon and the team at Chelsea Motors were great to work with when shopping for a used vehicle. We had a specific make and model and price range in mind. We found Chelsea Motors to have some nice options that met our needs. The sale was low-pressure and easy. Damon and team addressed all of our concerns professionally. As with any used car, you have to be careful and do your homework as the seller is not obligated to remove all risk. But we found the team at Chelsea Motors to be upfront and helpful throughout the shopping and buying process.
