I really love this place - I came in to have some shirts laundered for an upcoming wedding. It was a few days before a holiday and they were going to be closed for three days, thus my shirts were not going to be ready in time. I explained my situation and they went out of their way to get all of my shirts done so I would have them for the event. Great customer service! I will not go anywhere else for my dry cleaning!

We've been going to CHELSEA Cleaners for the past four years and have never had a problem until today. My husband brought in three pair of jeans for shortening and when he took them home he tried them on and they were still too long. He returned to the cleaners today to have them corrected , he was told it could not be done. He then asked for a refund and the owner refused, then threw the jeans at him.Needless to say we would not recommend this business to future customers.Service: Alterations
