Had called ahead with a sales representative to this dealership about a car that JUST arrived on the lot. Since Chelsea is about an hour out from Detroit (where I live), I double, triple, and quadruple checked with the sales representative that the car was still available before I made the drive out. She ensured that she would even pull the keys (which I later found it is just a sales gimmick to get you to come in) so no one else could purchase the vehicle. No phone calls, emails or texts on the way there... Once I had arrived, vehicle was "sold just a couple minutes" before I got there. Said their systems were down so they couldn't reach me. Don't trust a word anyone tells you from this dealership. Move on please...

went in with one minor problem after service I now have two more they will repair for extra charge they lie and cheat I am done with this place

I installed a factor remote start in my 2013 Chevrolet Impala and the system needs to be activated by a GM technician. I took it into Chelsea Chevrolet and was charged 1 hour for 20 minutes of work. That evening, the cruise control would not work. I made another appointment and took it in to have the software checked. The dealership was adamant that the work performed on the remote start would not effect the cruise control but offered me a diagnostic package for $69.99. I refused and took it to another dealership. They confirmed the programming was changed and repaired the problem intentionally caused by Chelsea Chevrolet. No doubt if I would have purchased the diagnostic package at Chelsea Chevrolet, I would have been quoted a very expensive repair. Chelsea Chevrolet is just trying to increase their very lucrative service business by bilking the customers.

I only have experience with the service center so far, but I'm impressed! I've gotten oil changes, tire rotations, service checks, battery changes, and recall fixes on my truck all throughout multiple visits and have no complaints. They are quick to get you scheduled, and stick to your appointment times. I've never felt like they've tried to up-sell me a product because I am a female, which I have experienced at a couple other dealerships. Any time there were unexpected costs, they made sure to check with me before performing the work. I've never waited more than an hour between check in and my truck being ready to go. This will be my first stop next time I'm in the market for a new or used vehicle, I hope their sales department is just as great.

If you're in the market for a car, we highly recommend buying from Jeff Diesing at this dealership. It is difficult to put into words the level of customer service we have received from him -- simply because it has been second to none. He has gone out of his way to help us navigate a very difficult situation. We purchased a car from him and that process went perfectly. Over a year later we had to contact him to get some help navigating an awkward and uncomfortable situation. He has been so helpful when he really had no obligation to do so. You'll be in great hands if you choose to buy a car from him!!!
