Had called ahead with a sales representative to this dealership about a car that JUST arrived on the lot. Since Chelsea is about an hour out from Detroit (where I live), I double, triple, and quadruple checked with the sales representative that the car was still available before I made the drive out. She ensured that she would even pull the keys (which I later found it is just a sales gimmick to get you to come in) so no one else could purchase the vehicle. No phone calls, emails or texts on the way there... Once I had arrived, vehicle was "sold just a couple minutes" before I got there. Said their systems were down so they couldn't reach me. Don't trust a word anyone tells you from this dealership. Move on please...

$370.00 for a non successful diagnostic diagnosis! Truck had anti-lock brake, reduced engine power warning lights. I have seen two others have this same issue. Is this dealership just making money on an issues they are aware of....and not able to fix?

Reasonably comfortable and quiet waiting area. Staff courteous friendly and efficient. I didn't see any snacks or beverages available. There was only one small table available for people who need to work while they wait.
