Agent Jill Kleine & I just seemed to click from the very beginning, like a kinship, a sisterhood because she was caring & attentive, & patient, & moved quickly to set-up the showings that my family & I were interested in seeing, & she even traveled 2.5 hrs. away from the Detroit area (& she was in the Grass Lake area) to meet us at some of those places of interest that we farther away. I really appreciated her attentiveness & her looking out for our best interests when we walked through the different places & advised us. I/we finally found our long hoped for place on a lake...our "on golden pond" ; ) & I literally feel that I have met a sister & friend for life ; ) Thank you, Jill!

I had a great experience with Rick Taylor, selling my Mom's condo in Ann Arbor. Rick had actually helped my Mom buy the condo ten years ago when she moved back to Ann Arbor from North Carolina. This time, I was in the middle of moving my Mom to an assisted living facility and Rick provided full service getting the condo ready to sell, so I could deal with Mom's care. Rick thoroughly evaluated the condo's condition and recommended what finish upgrades to invest in to maximize the sales price. It ended up being a fairly complete finish freshen up including painting, flooring, light fixtures, appliances, and bathroom finishes. Rick "had a guy" for all of this work, and they got the work done very quickly and at a reasonable price. Rick even replaced a tricky bathroom vanity cabinet himself! After it went on the market, we had multiple offers above the asking price within a week. Rick did a great job negotiating to get the best offer, and then handled several inspection items with contractors, and made the closing a breeze.

Words cannot describe the amount of appreciation that I have for Matt & his team!! I guess it truly says something when you’re in with my most cherished family members. That’s pretty much what happened, Matt became family. My journey was an interesting one to say the least and led me on plenty of “Scooby Doo Mysteries” as I like to call them. I learned a TON along the way though and Matt was always either by my side, or a text/phone call away with the answer. My Mom overheard one of my phone calls and asked, “Do they always sing to you?!” “Of course! And I wouldn’t have it any other way!!” Everyone Matt has put me in touch with has been nothing but top notch. He has completely spoiled me and my family and I! Matt - you, Laura, Luca & your team are more than welcome for a pool party anytime!! :)
