Talked with your service manager today and was told to take my vehicle to another Gm dealer. Also filed a formal complaint with GM care. regarding unprofessional conduct of your service manager. Your company has done nothing but cost me money and time. Still waiting for a call from the owner!

I bought a used truck from these guys a few months ago and they told me it's been through a full safety inspection and everything cleared the mechanics to be on the road and yet after I got it home and realized that my brakes were soft I climbed underneath the truck and found a vise grip pliers set clipping the brake lines to the frame and the frame and bed are so rusted that the beds about the fall off the truck the truck runs great but it never went through a safety inspection there's no way it could have

For a while I've dealt with Christina at the service dept. She is very respectful, professional, & a wonderful representative of Chevrolet. The most impressive trait is her knowledge & willingness to answer my questions with detailed answers.

We were traveling through the area and we ran into issues with our GMC pickup. Christina, the shop manager was able to work us in that same day. As a bonus she found a little known recall on the part and was able to perform the service for free. The team was very helpful.

After having a bad experience with another car lot, I was very skeptical about buying from a dealership again. Wheeler’s made my shopping experience very nice. Bobby was our salesman, and was very helpful with our purchase. He was very professional,and caring of our specific needs. After we decided to purchase our vehicle, we sat down with Candra in finance. She explained in full detail of our purchase, there were no hidden fees or deals. Incredible service, friendly and welcoming staff. Had my pickup in for an oil change and trans flush, and had my 4 month old with me. Everyone said hi, they got us hot water so I could make a bottle for her, and got us back on our way quickly. Cannot recommend enough, and we will be going here from now on for all our service needs.
