This is the only place I'll take my 2021 Malibu for for service. Today's visit was for an oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment which was quick and easy. I arrived a little early was greeted by name, and they took my car right away. It was returned, clean and neat. I waited in the waiting room and was treated to water and great cookies.

Got my Silverado back today after waiting THIRTY FOUR DAYS.. to fix 2 injectors and a fuel pump.No apologies, no discount for the trouble.I've never had a worse experience with a business. To top it off, they gave my vehicle back to me with low fuel light on.Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

I had to get some collision work done here and Ben was great. The collision department was also able to get me in sooner than scheduled because of an emergency on my behalf. They got my ride back to brand new. Everything went smooth! Very grateful for the ease and flexibility provided!

Talked with your service manager today and was told to take my vehicle to another Gm dealer. Also filed a formal complaint with GM care. regarding unprofessional conduct of your service manager. Your company has done nothing but cost me money and time. Still waiting for a call from the owner!
