Recently I have had an issue with this Cheboygan Wal-Mart pharmacy when I had tried picking up my prescription in person and I was not allowed to pick up my medications just because it was a couple minutes after closing time although they were still helping someone else after closing time and could not take just 1 more minute or less just to help me get my medications that I needed.And so they were finishing up helping the other person after closing time but then the young gal told me that they are now closed and that they are helping their last customer and that I will have to come back some other time.And so I was unable to pick up my medications until 3 days later.And that can be life threatening if a customer cannot get their medications when they are needed, and just because the pharmacy cannot take 1 more minute to help that customer while helping the other last customer right after closing time and since there were still 2 pharmacists in there helping 1 customer but then turns the other customer away.So that is not right for them to turn anyone away for any reason at all from getting the medications that they need and when they need their medications.

I recently had a troublesome experience with one male pharmacy technician. However, after speaking with the lead technician today my concerns were heard with resolution promised. She was very kind, professional, and stated understanding of my issue. I have full confidence in her ability and professionalism to resolve this issue and insure another customer is not treated so poorly. Thank you!!!

I think this pharmacy is great. Prescriptions are filled quickly, the staff is normally friendly and helpful, the pharmacists are friendly and helpful, the area is clean. I like reordering refills via text or phone and they're filled quickly. I get texts when the prescription is ready.What more could you ask for?

Some days you get the nice people, and some days you get the ones with a snotty attitude. I used to be happy with this pharmacy, but after the last five times, I will be switching pharmacies, because the way I get treated. I treat them with respect, and I'm understanding if I have to wait but I always seem to catch them at a bad time. Matter of fact, as I'm waiting a half hour for my meds, I can hear the same lady yelling at an old man for asking a question. And as he politely asked her to stop yelling, then she makes excuses about how she can't because her dad was deaf. I hope she gets fired.

I requested refills on Thursday and they said they would contact my doctor for approval. They never did. I had to jump through hoops in order to get my necessary, daily RX before it expired. My spouse never did get hers. I'll pay Walgreens or CVS prices from now on.

Have had many ongoing issues over the years with Michael, the Manager/Pharmacist, as he is condescending, unprofessional, and incompetent, just like the rest of his staff. Today, he asked me if I would like to transfer my business to another pharmacy because once again they failed to have my inventory in stock after a week's notice, per their request. After reassuring me that my partial refill was ready to go, I sent someone on a twenty-minute round-trip ferry and thirty-minute round-trip car ride to pick up a prescription only to find out that he voided my husband's life-saving medication because he didn't care for my attitude. That was after trying to bill the insurance that has been cancelled for months, even though my new insurance has been on file ever since. Very poor customer service and standard of care at this particular Walmart pharmacy. After years of loyalty, I won't be returning. I will go across the street to Walgreens from now on, where they will always have my prescriptions in inventory on time. Since nobody seems to enjoy their jobs here, they should just terminate everyone and employ all new fresh faces!

T in the pharmacy is quite rude on the phone. And after ordering my prescription with her in advance, I arrived and was informed that my medication was not in inventory. Thankfully, Mike the pharmacist manager had recalled my review and located my medication so I didn't travel 32 miles, by car and ferry, for nothing.

Rude, inefficient, self important pharm assistants. Pharamacist should grow a backbone and correct the unproffesional, totally inept additudes toward customers. There should never be a circumstance where someone has to wait for more than a half hour for an antibiotic!
