I just want to say how lucky Team Wireless in Cheboygan are to have Nichole working for them. My mother was having a bit of difficulty with here cell phone. Nicole fixed the problem and walk her through any concern she may of have had with the phone. She also helped get Mom's old land line ported over from AT&T. She always had a wonderful attitude while helping wherever she could. Again I can't say how grateful I am to have her working with my mother on her phone when I live 1500 miles away.

Nicholas was absolutely amazing and helpful!!! I dropped my phone this morning and couldn't get back into it. He was able to help get me into a new phone, and was so calming and patient with me. He was courteous and professional. I got a new phone for only $10 and ended up buying a bunch of accessories too. Thank you, Nick! Give this guy a raise!

Nicole was fantastic. I went to pay my bill and ask about why I have 2 sim registrations on my phone. I do not have a sim card in the phone, I have an esim. My phone is showing both, but there is no way to track the sim or why it is showing and ringtones and notifications are attached to both. She did every thing she could to help and figure it out. She could not figure the other sim, but was able to get 1 ringtone sound and notification sound instead of 4 different ones. Nicole also set up visual voice mail for me, she was friendly and just awsome!

Nicholas was experienced in the phone I purchased and I left feeling that everything had been done correctly. Unfortunately, that has not always been my experience at Verizon so I was grateful for a knowledgeable sales representative.

Nicole was hands down the best ever. If you’re around the Cheboygan area please use this Verizon. Everyone was so nice, especially the Store Manager Nicole! She went through every detail with me for setting up my new phone and set it up for me, and did it all in the same day. Nothing less than 5 stars for this Verizon, if I could give it more stars I would! Thank you Verizon and thank you Nicole! Your team is awesome!

Eliza was perfect, helpful, patient, expert. Whatever Eliza is paid, it's not enough! Another team member, a male, don't know his name, also synced the new phone with my car. He was very pleasant.
