Helped us out in a jam. Boat quit and wouldn’t restart. Got towed over to Jacks by a Good Samaritan. They checked the boat for anything easy we might have missed.
Allowed us to leave the boat on their dock while we got our trailer to pull it out it the boat launch next door.

Mike, Nikki, and Jack have been fantastic to work with (DeeDee was, too). Been going to Mullett Lake Marina since 2003 and we could always count on them. Got our 2004 Crownline 216 there in 2005 and just replaced it with a new Monterrey 258SS. They were extremely accommodating, especially when we thought we were going to take delivery, but had issues with our lift, so they cleaned, launched, trailered, stored, cleaned and launched again when we were ready. The new showroom is awesome and the food truck is yummy. Consistent hours/open every day is wonderful. Thanks!

I broke down at a dock their was a service tech out side that helped me to get me back on the water within a matter of minutes just what I hope for when I’m up north and something goes wrong

New show room. Boat sales, rentals, gasoline, and boat accessories. As of May 31st, they have a food truck. I tried their cheese burger, and it was great. I am looking forward to trying everything on the menu. Whether you drive in or stop in by boat, it's worthwhile. The menu has breakfast, but I can't wait to try.

These guys absolutely saved our vacation. We came all the way from Grand Rapids, just got onto Mullet Lake when we had an issue with our boat. We sadly limped into the marina thinking our trip was ruined. These guys got us fixed up with a new prop and saved the day. Thank you to everyone who helped! Highly recommend this marina. The retail shop was cute and the bathrooms were immaculate as well.

These people are very friendly. Rented a pontoon boat last week and it was a very good experience. We will definitely use them again. Mullet lake is a wonderful lake for fishing swimming and just about everything. Update. I also rented a pontoon this year in July 2023. Still just as good as it was last year. Pontoons are nice and clean and it seems like they give you more hours on the lake Don't have to be back till 6:00 most places are five.

Our family had the best camping getaway weekend and rented from Jack’s for a boat day on Mullet Lake. The girls that helped were so sweet getting us set up and ready to go! Very nice selection of boats and fairly affordable. It was a painless process booking online as well as showing up for orientation and dropping the boat off when we were done. Safe to say we will add Jack’s to our family tradition of camping at Aloha State Park!

We Rented a pontoon here on July 9th & we showed up almost 2 hours after the time it was supposed to be ready for us but had to wait another half hour for it to actually be ready after we got there. They said they would refund us $30 for the inconvenience, instead they charged our card another $30!! I’ve called and spoke to them and they said they were busy at the moment but took our name and number to call back after they would look into it & we never heard from them again. Very unprofessional. Unorganized. Headache to deal with. Would not recommend!

More expensive than other rentals and charged us for a bent propeller that wasn’t from us and wouldn’t accept our photos from the morning that showed we didn’t cause the damage.
