“They have their own brands and some hard to find unusual products... It's a cost cutting store and worth trying. I personally like their products l, I'm not someone who is impressed by name brands, if a product is good, it's good! I've seen many name brands that are high priced and inferior.Freddie's in Atlanta, MIAldi's in Gaylord or Petoskey, MI, Save A Lot in Petoskey or Cheboygan, Rogers City... Shop at these places and get more for your money!!!”
“Went in yesterday hoping for Christmas lights. Lindsey took me to what they had-not what I needed. Then she suggested fairy lights and took me to them. I bought the fairy lights, and we ended up using them on a garland. I was really impressed at how much she wanted me to find something that would work. The whole staff was very pleasant and friendly.”

“We love this Walmart! We spend a lot of time in Rogers City throughout the year and this store is great to have near for the "emergency" items we have forgotten at home and can't buy from local, small businesses such as kids' life jackets, bathing suits, kids' boots, winter coats, etc. This store also has a great variety of produce that is often more fresh than other grocery stores because of volume. This Walmart stands out from other Walmart locations because the employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is also very clean. It's looking extra-nice now with its recent renovations, including the restrooms.”

“For 13 years I was at a pharmacy in downtown. Cheboygan but, in the last year They have gotten very lax with their orders. When I get a prescription and then it's sent into them. Sometimes I have to wait 4 days before. I get the prescription and I'm out of pills by then, same pills for 13 years.. This has happened more than once so, I thought I would try family fair. I was pleasantly surprised they were quick and pleasant. They called me when prescriptions were ready. I could ask for no more. They have pills on hand, the other pharmacy Always said, we have to order those. . For 13 years this happened frequently. family fair has them on hand on the shelf. I'm not going back. This is a good pharmacy. It's small but very friendly. Thank you guys.”
“I’m from Texas and in Michigan for the summer. When in Texas, I shop HEB. Those that are familiar with HEB know why. Exceptional customer service is just the tip of the iceberg with HEB.
Today, I was in the Cheboygan Walmart . I was looking for something that wasn’t there. There was an employee stocking that isle. He offered (I didn’t have to ask or beg) to check in back. “Chipster” came back, apologized that they didn’t have any AND suggested a similar item. It was really nice having someone be polite and helpful.”

“Can you say donuts?!? They are crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside and come in oh, so many flavors! I've only been here in the Fall but it is my go to place when I'm in the area. They say the pizza is good too but I've lucked out. The business is seasonal and as I'm here at the end of the season, the hours fluctuate. I'll try again next year.”
