I primarily dealt with service personnel on the day I had an appointment, I found I was treated with respect, and provided with prompt assistance..
When I paid for the services rendered I noted the cost was super low. Obviously happy, However, my husband noted that some areas were not addressed. Come to find out they were addressed,. But found it unnecessary to do the changes.
Honesty, a rarity today was surprising, Many would’ ve made the changes regardless
They actually cared about the customer focusing on customer satisfaction, I’ll return if necessary. Guaranteed!

We came in to sell a 2016 Sienna. Shelby was polite and professional, but the hour drive was unnecessary due to the extremely low offer. Beautiful showroom, nice Cafe.

Spend your time and money elsewhere!!!
After making a deposit on a used Tacoma, I added the vehicle as my own on the Toyota website. The last service record was from the Traverse City toyota dealership and stated "TRANMISSION REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED". This was only ~1year/~10k miles ago and no work was done since! This record was not on the CarFax. Buyer beware!!!
I drove 5+ hours to test drive after I was told it had no issues, what a waste of time!

I am very pleased with the choice of vehicle I purchased. I was treated very well by everyone at the dealership. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the deal. Marty is a hoot there. He kept me laughing and when it came to programing everything I needed I felt he went above and beyond to get every app working.
I am soo happy with having the GPS.
