Amazing experience with Pat Bell and the rest of the team. I live in Royal Oak and was visiting family on Burt
Lake. There was a recent recall, which they were scheduled out over a week.. Pat was able to get me in the next day. They found out I had a bad battery, and they were able to figure out a way to help me out. Royal Oak Ford (which is where I purchased my car) needs to take a lesson from Fernelious Ford. From this point forward, they earned my business and trust. I will be doing business with Ferneillis for the foreseeable future. Truly appreciate Pat and the rest of the team. I highly recommend coming to this dealership. Thank you!

Sierra was outstanding to deal with! She was courteous, and listened to what we wanted in a vehicle. This was our first time leasing and it was the smoothest vehicle transaction we have ever had! I highly recommend contacting Sierra if you are in the market for a new ford or other used vehicle!

While on vacation to Mackinaw City from Chicago (26Jul24) my check engine came on. I looked for a Ford dealer to check it out. I found Fernelius Ford. The Rep I delt with was very pleasant and friendly. I explained my issue, he did say that they were short of one tech but he will have them take a look.
When they took my car (2019 Ford Explorer Sport) back to the service bay the check engine light was off. But running a diagnosis it was an O2 exhaust sensor, and that they did not have it in stock. Since the light was off I was told it would be safe to drive. As i was not leaving the area until the following Monday 29Jul.
For the brief experience/visit to Fernelius Ford it was what I would expect from Ford

Had a great experience at Fernelius Ford , Tiffany my sales professional was great to work with , she listened to what i was looking for and pointed out 2 trucks that fit my budget and specs and within 3 hours i was driving it home.

Jordan is definitely the guy to talk to! He remembered everything we talked about and found me a car I didn't expect to love but he let me take a chance and it was a perfect fit. I'm so happy with his patience and hard work he put in to get this deal done.
I gave 4 star however because of Justin Fernelius. He sent letter out looking for cars like mine for inventory. I talked to him on a Thursday and we discussed me coming in Tuesday. He took my name, number and what my car was. Said I would deal with him directly.
Fast forward to next Wednesday because I didn't get to town Tuesday. I called and asked about coming in the next day. He acted as if he didn't remember talking to me at all and was very dismissive and I didn't appreciate that. So thank God for Jordan .

I feel like Sierra took a special interest in my needs, and delivered the same day. I drove out of there with a 2015 Ford Focus. Had my mechanic double check it, and he said I got a good buy.

I had a part come off my car while traveling on vacation to the Cheboygan area of Michigan. The parts and service department of this dealership were wonderful to work with and ordered the part for me and had it in a few days. They completed the work promptly and also fixed two other recalls that were outstanding on my car while I waited. Ryan and Eric took very good care of me. It was refreshing to visit a dealership that put customer service as a top priority. The dealerships in SC where I currently live are lets just say not very user friendly. As someone who grew up in Detroit and my family is a Ford family I was very happy to see this type of service. I highly recommend Fernelius Ford Service department!
