Dave and Jackie were outstanding. Jackie got a tow to us quickly even on a weekend. Dave was very careful in loading our truck and popup camper onto his flatbed (not to mention my wife and dog into his cab). He also took extra time to place my disabled rig inside the service bay at Wheeler. Far from home when this break down happened so really appreciated the effort. Highly recommend.

Scott was amazing! My 2021 Jeep stalled in Gaylord due to a having a bad oil change a few days prior, and he was so sweet & helpful!

January 21 2024 not happy with company this week after all business I gave them in just past year they put the screws to me today Quoted me one price tells my insurance company another price then calls me back jacked my price up again bye another $70 so my insurance had call another company that was 2 hours away from me meanwhile I had to agree have cheboygan tow come cause I had appointment’s to attend so I agreed to be over charged and pay cash out pocket so I guess in future I’ll be stuck waiting 2 hours cause my insurance found one $20 cheaper yet further away grrrrr GREED IS ALL IT ISService: Vehicle wrecking

We had our 2005 truck towed from Shells gas station to my house and very courteous driver. Even told me what was might be with my vehicle. And kind of relieved me that its not the fuel pump that its the fuel filter only. Great people and customer service.

We had a flat tire on the I-75 and Scott came to our aid. He called so that we knew he was on his way and then again when he was close. He was quick and competent and got us back on our way.

My Mom and Dad’s car broke down on the way back from our Mackinac Island trip. We got an amazing price, and the guy towed it 3.5 hours back to the house the same night - he got in at like 1:30. What a champ ?They also let me drive my Mom and Dad back so they didn’t have to wait for the tow truck to get there, which saved us hours that night. Highly recommend. Jackie was the one who handled it all. She was really nice, and very informative on our options.

The driver was very patient with me being an anxious mess and when he dropped my car off at my mechanics he was called to let me know it drove fine (I forgot to tell him it was towed because it wouldn't shift to second gear) he was willing to bring it back. I'll definitely use them in the future.

Tommy was great! I had a flat tire on I75 late on a Friday evening and used AAA Roadside Service. He was prompt and kept me updated on his arrival time. I was stuck in the ditch and called this place they came out to pull me out and charged me 279.00 to just be pulled out of a snow drift will not use this company again I will be going to use a different company would not recommend unless you want to be ripped off
