Cheboygan Ace Hardware is a great little small town big hardware store with a wide selection of various items and a pretty well stocked selection. It is a convenient, well-organized store with a great selection. The staff is very friendly and provides friendly, fast service and personal service above the call of duty. They are the helpful hardware folks, offering knowledgeable help to find needed products, even those other stores do not have in stock. They provide excellent customer service, including accommodating special requests like delivery to the ferry boat. While some items may be a little more expensive than the big box stores, the prices are not bad and the value of the convenient shopping experience and supportive, kind staff is appreciated. It is a locally owned and operated part of the community, truly committed to being the helpful place.
This place seems to be turning it around for the better, went in and they actually had what I needed! Also thanks to LaDona for being extra helpful, I’ll be back for sure because of her. Good job everyone!!
