Lake. There was a recent recall, which they were scheduled out over a week.. Pat was able to get me in the next day. They found out I had a bad battery, and they were able to figure out a way to help me out. Royal Oak Ford (which is where I purchased my car) needs to take a lesson from Fernelious Ford.
