“Amazing experience with Pat Bell and the rest of the team. I live in Royal Oak and was visiting family on Burt
Lake. There was a recent recall, which they were scheduled out over a week.. Pat was able to get me in the next day. They found out I had a bad battery, and they were able to figure out a way to help me out. Royal Oak Ford (which is where I purchased my car) needs to take a lesson from Fernelious Ford. From this point forward, they earned my business and trust. I will be doing business with Ferneillis for the foreseeable future. Truly appreciate Pat and the rest of the team. We spend a lot of time in Rogers City throughout the year and this store is great to have near for the "emergency" items we have forgotten at home and can't buy from local, small businesses such as kids' life jackets, bathing suits, kids' boots, winter coats, etc. This store also has a great variety of produce that is often more fresh than other grocery stores because of volume. This Walmart stands out from other Walmart locations because the employees are so friendly and helpful. The store is also very clean. It's looking extra-nice now with its recent renovations, including the restrooms.”

“I had a flat tire and fortunately I was able to drive around 11 miles to make it to the Walmart auto care. I had to travel back around 500+miles and one of the specialist said he will not be able to fix the flat tire as it’s outside the tread and hence needs a tire change. But he understood our problem of traveling more miles and he suggested one over the best solution to have the Walmarts “slime through core” product and it worked like wow. It was my first time with flat tire and that too during a long travel and the specialist helped me through it. I was able to travel back hassle free.”
