Very experienced and professional.I finally found the car audio installation company I've been hoping to find.I've owned several vehicles over the past 30 years, and I've had the audio upgraded in many of them.I've never once returned for a second visit to any of the places where I've had work done.That all changed after taking my truck to WOW Electronics.WOW Electronics is the only place I will ever return to in the future.Every worker and installation technician was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.Work was done in the best way possible and was very neat and clean.No damages were caused, and there was no mess left behind. I couldn't even tell they were in my truck.The inside of the store looked good and it was very clean and tidy.I felt very comfortable as I waited for the work to be finished.I couldn't be more happy or more satisfied with any part of the process.I strongly recommend having your work done at one of WOW Electronics' two locations.These are definitely the guys you want doing any electronic installation or replacement on your car. You can put your complete trust and confidence in knowing that the work will be done correctly and professionally.

My experience with working with WOW Electronics was nothing but professional from the start. Co-owner, Rick, took the time to discuss with me options for a new audio system for my car and Rich was very careful and patient with his install leaving no detail missed. The rest of the staff were a joy to work with as well. I would not hesitate to return to them in the future and recommend them highly!

I called them hectic freaking out bc my car brown down and he was extremely patient with me over the phone. Car got towed there, great communication every step of the way and quickly Got issue resolved. The best part is the gentleman (not sure his name) even stayed 5-10 minutes past closing to ensure that I got my vehicle back that day. Great customer service.

I was having battery issues and had to come here and have my car calibrated. Walking in I didn’t know what to expect, all I knew is that I was in a bind and needed help. Without me even asking, Dave, stopped what he was doing and told me exactly what needed to be done and how to do it, he even opened up one of his bays so I could keep my car there until the problem was solved. The fact that he didn’t need to help me out but went out of his way to is gratefully appreciated. I will come back to this place whenever I need any type of work done and will recommend WOW electronics to everyone I know.- Josh E -

I purchased a dashcam online and had them do the installation. I called and they were able to get me in right away and out in less than an hour. They mounted the camera where I wanted it and the installation looks very clean. The staff were all very friendly.
