Came in for a new phone and Chad was amazing! He was so informative and helpful. He answered all questions I had and wasn't trying to push products on me to get a sale. He was very personable and easy to talk to. I would definitely go back there in the future if he was there to help!

Went to Verizon to possibly change from AT&T to Verizon. The staff were delightful, so incredibly helpful. Not the same service we received at AT&T. Verizon at Rochester and m59 you Rock!! Keep up the good work. 👏🏻
