First time going to the Postal Shop yesterday to get Christmas stamps. The staff Jackie and Laura were very kind and helpful, they even helped me put stamps on Christmas cards. The store is also very well stocked with a lot of items. Postal carrier Ryan was very kind too. My new go to spot for all my postal needs.

Very cool place for shipping and printing needsI like that they keep a database of who your mailing addresses so you can easily ship to repeat peoe without recalling the address

Staff is always helpful and very nice! Way easier to drop off or send mail from here than the post office.

Love this store!! Now that they moved to Crocker it is closer to home. I ship a lot and the girls are always very friendly. They always tell you your options on mailing and the different costs. Haven't been to the post office in ages. A big thumbs up

This shop is amazing. I enjoy going in every time I have a package to deliver. I have never sent so many packages because this place makes it so easy. Everyone that works here that I have encountered is kind and patient. This place is a mailing gem.

Don't get a mailbox here... Why would I get a private mailbox if I'm going to have to pay $40 to receive packages? $40 is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS.It's absolutely not mentioned in the contract I signed. Fairly sure the charge in itself is illegal. I'll be closing my mailbox when my contract expires and going somewhere else, where they understand that accepting packages is part of their job, and what I'm paying the service for.

The ladys behind the desk were very friendly and were able to look up my tracking number I will be sending packages from them for now on.

We needed to ship out a very large package and a woman (didn’t catch her name, sorry) who works there met us at the door with a rolling cart and held the door open. Everyone there was super nice and personable. We also very much loved meeting the two ADORABLE dogs behind the counter.

Online sellers and all beware!!!!!Was just refused service after waiting in line for 30 minutes.Per the purple haired manager, it was because there were two claims made on things I shipped through them and insured.. the claim I made on a basketball that was lost by UPS around fathers day 2020. And tool the postal shop almost a year to make right. Despite me having insured it and had them package it.The only other claim related to me was a fishing lure that ups delivered to wrong address and the BUYER made a claim, not me. That was a couple weeks agoFast forward to today 1/18/22 she hears my name and says "No" and points to a note on the screen.Apparently making claims when UPS loses your stuff ... is a big no no for the folks at the postal shop.Do not utilize them of you wish to use the insurance that you paid money forI will happily be taking my business elsewhere and so should you!

EBAY SELLERS BEWARE !!!!! After waiting in line for 20+ minutes today the purple headed manager heard my name as my 2 packages were being shipped. she says "no" and points out something on the monitor to the clerk. clerk says that they won't ship for me anymore because "prior experiences" those prior experiences include 2 items... one on fathers day 2020 I sent my dad a pistons bad boys team autographed ball, having the postal shop package it. I paid for the extra insurance to cover the value of the item ups lost tracking after it was scanned onto the truck so like any normal person, I made a claim. it took them almost a year to pay me. fast forward to today 1/18/22 apparently one of my ebay buyer's fishing lures I sent, got delivered to the wrong address by UPS... so THEY made a claim... not me!! apparently that is enough for them to refuse you service. no phone call, no email ( they have both of mine on file) don't waste your time or money dealing with these unprofessional people.

I love The Postal Shop. The staffi is always so genuinely friendly and accommodating. I describe them as "family'" because that is how they make you feel when you walk in the door. So grateful to have this shop in my community and all the various and convenient services that they offer.
