Stop branding and marketing on feelings, I know it’s what the focus groups are telling you to do, but they get paid a lot of money by your firm to come up with exotic ideas to drive sales, but they don’t ever get it right, and your stores are suffering and sales because of it. I was just racially profiled in the store at the self check out line. I saw the guy watching me as soon as I got in line. When I went to the checkout counter he “had to check if there were any bags” while he continued to watch me…yet there were clearly bags in the holder. Another woman mentioned that she saw his interaction with me as well and noticed it was odd. I continued purchasing my items and he watched me the ENTIRE TIME. When I was done with my order, he came back over to my counter and looked over my shoulder to see if I had paid. It made me feel VERY UNCOMFORTABLE and the fact that someone else pointed it out also confirms I was not overthinking…as well as these other google reviews. I will not be back. And I hope you all truly value the diversity of your customers…

This is a clean store, but I don't feel safe here. I have been followed SEVERAL times at this location. Go to another location if you can.

Target need to stop racially profiling black customers....it's sad when you singled out and followed around... my daughter noticed it first and I told her you dont have to feel like you done anything wrong... Targetneeds to do better and stop continuing racists tactics just because of your color..

The curbside pickup at this location is properly staffed with appropriately trained employees who understand what they're doing. They are fast and efficient. Whoever is in charge of this department at this location has done a great job of training their staff on the correct operating procedures for this role.

*Women of color* you’ll be watched and stalked by undercover workers who will make you feel like a criminal. I have never stole anything from this place nor did a have a backpack or purse with me. I spent over 100$ here and was watched because someone previously of color stole something. You’ve been warmed community.

Don't get me wrong, I've been a Target shopper for years! But the Target on Gratiot in Clinton Twp has the worst parking lot ever! That lot will be FULL even when the store is empty! I don't understand it?? I loved the store itself until I had to deal with staff during the Christmas season. Lines were obnoxiously long, parking lot was a nightmare and the order pick up area people had no clue what they were doing. I had to leave and come back at 10pm to pick up my order. When I did the person helping me made me feel like a fool because I didn't have the Target app on my phone. I just wanted to get my order and go home! I understand working in retail during the holidays is difficult, I've done it. But taking it out on the customers is not the way to handle it. I may not go back there because it.

Visited Target yesterday. As always received great customer service, clean store and prices was right!!! I enjoy going to Target. Thanks to all associates that work so hard.
