We had the BEST experience ever here today! Robin was so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. She was able to find a pair of shoes for my husband immediately after we were searching for a bit. Everyone there was nice, they have a great selection, great prices and it's so clean. We will definitely be back soon!

With a store full of Athletic shoes I can't find anything to fit. I am a size 7 and a half wide. It's a popular size. They never have it in stock.

I purchased a pair of shoes online from the Shelby Township store on Monday. April 29,2024.These shoes are in stock, but I haven't heard from them other than the confirmation email I received shortly after the purchase. Their website says shoes should be ready for pickup in 4 hours. I have not received any emails from them. Called last night and spoke with a young lady who told me she couldn't find the order. She put me on hold for 3 minutes and came back and said she still couldn't find the order. I then called customer service and this lady said she saw the order. I. asked why I haven't heard from anyone she had no idea. No help from store or customer service. Called store again today and phone was picked up and then hung up. Called back and this time no one answered
Poor excuse for employees of Sketchers. Just called store again and spoke with the manager about the problem with finding my order. She said she finally found my order. The person who was working on the order didn't finish the order so it was put to the side. This is not an excuse that I can accept
Stop making excuses for your employees and take some responsibility for your store. Speak with the employee who was rude last night. I will never buy anything from Skechers again

Love SKECHERS, first time, I think shopping at the actual store. (3/14/24 @ 1pm...hall rd, sterling heights) and last. Return policy is ridiculous. Just bought 2 pair, wore one a few days, love them. Wore the other, few Hours, and they hurt my feet. I am exceptionally a clean person, however one tiny spot got on the side of a shoe, which could have easily been picked off, rude clerk said they are used, they don't except used shoes and I could either get a store credit or equal return. OK no big deal, but she acted like I was pulling a scam. I picked another pair and left. Will I return to this store.... NO. Did I mention she was rude and crabby. I get it, retail is hard. I was not rude to her. If you don't like your job, for God's sake get a new one.... There are plenty available.

The reason I gave it a 3 star instead of 5.. store and selection great.. people working there are either not happy or just plain rude. I was not the only one feeling that way.. encountered another customer looking for help and being ignored 8
