No call, no show, then cancelled my appointment without notice after I had waited 9 hours for them to show up. I tried calling four times after the time window expired and was disconnected twice after waiting on hold. One time I did reach someone, they said the technician would call me with an updated ETA, which did not happen. The last time I called, I did get to speak to the technician who said he would arrive within two hours. That never happened. I went back to the order to cancel my appointment to learn it had already been canceled without a notification.

After over 347$ for a window replacement this was what they did. My interior door handle wasn't connected and when I rolled the window down the regulator assembly came apart so the window wouldn't roll up or down anymore. Had to close the glass by hand. Tried to call back, get sent into an endless automated loop that keeps telling me my phone number isn't on record. What a joke. Just go to actual professionals and not these clowns. Here's pictures of their handiwork of destroying another 160$ part while taking my 347$.

Took forever to get a human. Had to call from a landline. It would not let me while using my cell phone. Once I finally got someone their quote was more than triple of others I had called before them. No way am I dealing with them.

Tried to call to talk to a human at the shop using the number on here. Would not let me. Kept forcing me to the internet to set up an appointment. I needed to ask them questions not make an appointment. Because of this they lost two jobs. I called the guy across from them and he did not have an automated phone system I got my questions answered and he had to custom order the glass for my two classic cars.
