The technician who came to my home, John, was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and quick and made sure I understood everything. So happy to have made this quick decision and had the opportunity to meet him!! The customer service was fantastic!

There was a glitch in the booking system that screwed with the location knowing about my appointment but fortunately they were able to take me anyways. Service was fast and well done. Much appreciated guys!
