We were looking for new headlights for my vehicle. Gentleman at the counter looked them up for us, provided recommendations and was very friendly and helpful.

Does anyone offer services anymore??? I have bought headlights from O'Reilly twice already this year. The first store in Troy was amazing service and was great. They replaced both my headlights that went out at 9pm while driving down the road. 2 months later the lights went out again while I was visiting Ohio. The guy replaced both again. Today not even 3 months later my left light is out again. I went to this location by my house at 745pm. I told them my issue and I asked how long these things are supposed to last. An employee nearby told me the person installing probably touched the bulb. I told him it was someone from the company. He said " it wasn't us we don't change them". I said " oh this location doesn't change them like all the other locations?" Then he, who was 1 of 3 employees standing there, said "I'm on blood thinners so I cant do them when it's dark outside. I could cut myself and bleed to death". Really?? Are u kidding? I'm more likely to get hit with one headlight driving home then that happening to him so I told them I will go try to find another O'Reilly in the daylight that is willing to help! Then I left. Customer service from the other 2 O'Reilly stores I visited is what made me come back. They were great! This store needs a less lazy, more helpful team! ASAP!

I needed a battery for my Chrysler 200. They did have hthe direct replacement in stock, but because of the location of the battery they could NOT install it for me. After I replaced the battery at home I returned the old battery to get my core money back. The associate could not find my name or phone number in his system. Without the receipt I could not get my $22 back. He said all the batteries of that type were already returned for the core refund. ???? I went home found the receipt and returned with it and showed him. Then he stated he had to "force" the system into returning my money. He could of saved me second trip and just forced the system to return my rightfully due core refund. DON'T LOSE YOUR RECEIPT or you'll never get your refund. Lesson learned. Not shopping here anymore.
